“We are once again extremely pleased that our efforts are moving us forward in the field of ‘Green’ construction services, ” said Jay Wilson, CEO Rosebay Development Partners, LLC. “Our project and partnership with Family Services Center of Huntsville, AL firmly places our general construction and system built contracting and consulting practices on the leading edge.  We have been informed by the folks at Earth Craft House that they are interested in placing our light commercial system built classrooms and office buildings in their light commercial pilot program.”

Whitney Oswalt, President of HCWhitney, LLC, stated, “This was a definite learning experience in the latest green construction methods.  We are excited to have the opportunity to participate with EarthCraft and Family Services on this highly successful pilot project.”  Oswalt further states, “Throughout this project, we were greatly impressed with the practical approach to green building presented in the Earth Craft program. After reviewing our schedules and final cost analysis, with proper planning, “green” energy efficiency is certainly attainable while maintaining home affordability.  As a matter of fact, we were so impressed with the affordability we intend to implement the EarthCraft practices as a standard construction feature on all of HCWhitney’s future commercial and residential projects.”
